    إصلاح التعليم العالي يشعل الغضب وسط تهديدات بالإضراب مع بداية الموسم الجامعي

    حسين العياشي شهدت الساحة الجامعية المغربية جدلاً محتدماً عقب مصادقة المجلس الحكومي، الخميس 28 غشت الجاري، على مشروع القانون 59.24 المتعلق بإصلاح منظومة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، الذي قدمه الوزير الوصي عز الدين الميداوي. الإصلاح الجديد، المنبثق عن مقتضيات القانون الإطار 51.17، يروم إعادة هيكلة القطاع وتعزيز دوره في تكوين الرأسمال البشري ومواكبة الأوراش الاستراتيجية الكبرى للبلاد. غير أن هذه الخطوة، التي قدمها الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة مصطفى بايتاس كـ”محاولة لتدعيم موقع الجامعة المغربية في خدمة التنمية الوطنية”، قوبلت بانتقادات حادة من منظمات طلابية وهيئات نقابية، رأت فيها تراجعاً عن مكتسبات سابقة ومؤشراً على توجه متزايد نحو خصخصة التعليم العالي.…
